Whistle-blower Protection Policy
Purpose
Our organization is committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and ethical conduct. To uphold these standards, we encourage individuals to report any suspected breaches of law, misconduct, or unethical behavior through our secure whistleblowing mechanism.
Who Can Report?
Any person who has acquired information on breaches in a work-related context, including employees, contractors, consultants, or third-party partners, is encouraged to report concerns.
What Can Be Reported?
Reports may include, but are not limited to:
• Violations of EU law in areas such as public procurement, financial services, anti-money laundering, public health, consumer protection, or data privacy.
• Fraud, corruption, or other criminal activities.
• Workplace misconduct or ethical violations.
Confidentiality and Anonymity
Reports can be submitted anonymously. All disclosures will be treated with strict confidentiality, and no effort will be made to identify anonymous reporters unless required by law.
Protection Against Retaliation
Under EU Directive 2019/1937, whistle-blowers are protected against retaliation, including dismissal, demotion, harassment, or any other adverse treatment. Any form of retaliation against a whistle-blower will result in disciplinary action.

Follow-Up
Upon submission of your report, you will receive an acknowledgment within 7 days. We are committed to providing feedback on the investigation outcome within 3 months.
Data Protection
All reports are handled in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Personal data will be processed strictly for the purposes of investigating and resolving the report.
